SERVICES AND CONTRACT

2.1. On the KOLOXO HOME Application, you have the ability to get information about different properties for Rent, Buy, or Sell all over the world directly from the Owner at the same time having evaluated information or personal information about each one of the parties involved.

2.2. In addition, the Users of Koloxo Home have the possibility of reserving the selected home through a direct connection with the owner without any intermediary or third company.

The User will be exposed to the information of the house and his owner, at the same time the same user will reveal his personal information to the other party that is in contact or that will be in the future.

The information of the registered Users will be available in one part to all who visit the Application the other part of the information will have to request prior authorization from the same User to be able to see the details of their personal information.

KOLOXO HOME COMMUNITY AND MEMBER SECTOR

3.1. Users have the option of joining the KOLOXO HOME application and creating a member account within the Koloxo register Area.
Users who register can publish their property or request for rent or buy, as well as actively participate in the platform.
Unregistered users may search and read the basic content on Koloxo Home, Registered and Unregistered users can use the App for free.

3.2. Using the Koloxo Home registered member has the option to administer and store their searches.
In order to create the account users are being asked to provide personal information.
Despite the User name, no personal information is made visible to others without a previous request from the other party

By deleting the account any and all of the User’s data will be permanently removed.

3.3. A user cannot register multiple times.
The user is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their personal information.

3.4. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their user account information, in particular their password.
They are also responsible for the use of their account with regard to Koloxo Home and third parties.
The user should not divulge this data to the use by third parties.

3.5. In the event of unauthorized use of the Koloxo Home services using the wrong username and password, the registered user must notify Koloxo Home immediately by sending an email to [email protected]

4.1. The protection of personal data provided by the user is of the highest priority for Koloxo Home.
Koloxo Home makes every effort to ensure compliance with data protection.

4.2 Koloxo Home collects, processes, and uses your personal data (hereinafter, “data”) at the time you register on the page as a user, this is the legal provision that allows the collection, processing, or use of your data.

USER OBLIGATIONS

The right to prosecution of criminal acts remains unaffected.

5.3. The user guarantees not to use the Koloxo Home App and services to create content that:

• is not objective or intentionally untrue,
• Is advertising disguised as reviews
• Immoral, pornographic or in any other way offensive,
• infringes upon the rights of third parties, in particular copyright,
• violates applicable laws in any way or constitutes a criminal offense,
• contains viruses or other computer programs that may damage software or hardware or that may affect the use of computers,
• Is aimed at collecting or using personal data from other users, especially for commercial purposes.

TERMINATION

6.1. Koloxo Home reserves the right to terminate a user’s access and to delete their registration within a period of one week after receipt of relevant information via email about improper use of the website.

The user may also terminate their own access and registration within the same period.

The right to immediate termination for good cause remains unaffected.

LIABILITY

7.1. Koloxo Home is doing everything to have the accuracy, quality, integrity, reliability or credibility of the content provided by users.
7.2. All agreements that arise through this service are between the user of Koloxo Home and the Interested Party or between the users of the respective outsourcing reservation.
In particular, Koloxo Home does not act as an organizer or real estate agency at any time, Koloxo Home facilitates the possibility that two interested parties will meet and have the facility to change direct information among the interested parties, all through the Koloxo Home Application.

The documents presented are uploaded by one of the Users and Koloxo does not guarantee its originality at any time.

Koloxo Home application works with the common sense of the users.
7.3. Koloxo Home verifies the accuracy of the content loaded in the application.

This content is provided by Users for their search of information in the property worldwide market.

Koloxo is confirming the content (the information about the property) Initial that Users publish, Koloxo does not confirm any of the documents in the files attached to the Application, such as CV or similar files.

Koloxo Home does not intervene in the prices published by its Users, and does not intervene in the final price provided by the Users (owners or Tenants).

The Application provides the originality of the Users.
7.5. Koloxo Home is not responsible for technical failures for which the cause is not within the sphere of responsibility of Koloxo Home or for damages caused by force majeure. Koloxo Home does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of data and may perform technical maintenance for a period of time freely chosen.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS & CONDITIONS

The current terms and conditions apply when using Koloxo Home.

Registered users receive notifications about changes by email.

Users may download and print the current terms and conditions on their own computer system.
