He entered into a Joint Venture with ICBC Bank to start ICBC Mall in Spain.

Hadriel founded Koloxo in 2015. Through his experience, he believes that there is a major requirement in the market for availability of products from across the world on one e-commerce platform. Many people from across the world do not get the opportunities to purchase products which are available in other countries. For example, dishwashers are not available for sale in most underdeveloped countries. However, the utility for dishwashers is in all countries. Further, many people are very brand sensitive and may want to buy products which are not available in their country. Hadriel plans to service this market through Koloxo’s e-commerce vertical.

Hadriel also sees significant opportunity in the property listing and rental business. Most property listing companies have regional presence. Therefore, they do not have any brand value. Due to this, regions having the presence of property listing platforms are still dominated by traditional marketplaces i.e. property brokers. Hadriel plans to develop one global platform for property listing in order to create a global brand value.

Olu Abayomi Sanya is the MD/CEO of Goldbanc Management Associates Limited. He is an Associate member of the a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACIMA), a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (FCIS) and a dealing clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Mr Sanya obtained a B.Sc and M.Sc. in Finance and Banking from the University of Lagos. He is also a product of Stanford Business School, USA and currently has over 30years of experience in assets management, Investment Banking and securities trading.

He started his career with Chase Merchant Bank (later Continental Merchant Bank) before moving to the United Kingdom, where he worked on some primary market issues (IPOs). In 1990 he joined Capital Bancorp Limited as the head of Capital Markets before his appointment as founding Managing Director of Crossworld Securities Limited.

Mr Sanya pioneered the establishment and structuring of the first REITs in Nigeria and in Africa with the Union Homes REITs as well as the first cross border listing of shares on the floor of Nigeria Stock Exchange and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.

He also represented Daewoo Securities investment of over US$1billion in Nigerian companies like Neimeth Pharmaceuticals, Mutual Benefit Assurance PLC, Sovereign Trust Insurance, Tripple Gee & Company, etc.

He currently sits as Board Member and Board Director of Multitrex Integrated Foods Plc and GTI Asset Management Ltd respectively. He was formerly a Board Member of African Alliance Ltd.
